Terms, Conditions & Service Agreement

1.1 Seat Allocation & Consultation: Strictly limited to 20 global English seats. A mandatory $199 30-minute Google Meets consultation is required prior to onboarding.

1.2 Payment & Renewal: 100% of fees ($25,000/month) are due upfront with zero payment plans. Manual 30-day renewal applies without auto-billing; unpaid seats release immediately to the waitlist.

1.3 Delivery Schedule & Grace Period: Monday through Friday delivery of up to 3 daily video modules (maximum 2 minutes each, ~60 monthly) via private Google Drive invitation between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM EST. Strict 15-minute drop grace period.

1.4 Service Level Agreement: Guaranteed 4-hour SLA response. SLA breach triggers a 100% refund for that specific day, full asset delivery, and 3 free bonus assets. Late drops deliver between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM EST.

1.5 Infrastructure & IP Ownership: 7-day download purge protocol applies (DAM cleared every 7 days). Post-30-day 100% commercial IP ownership transitions to clients. RTMME provides infrastructure only and never handles social passwords or posting.

Engine Masterclass Terms

2.1 Live Labs & Quadrants: Monday and Thursday live labs across 3 quadrants: Alpha (6:30 AM EST), Beta (12:00 PM EST), and Gamma (6:00 PM EST). Hard cap of 12 seats per quadrant (36 global seats max). Launch date: November 2, 2026.

2.2 Pricing & Attendance: $899/month retainer ($2,500/month after 90 days) or $139 single drop-in fee. 100% due upfront via manual renewal. Zero session hopping permitted between assigned quadrants. Includes official launch gift.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

3.1 Strict Refund Policy: Strict non-refundable policy once production, consultation, or asset access begins. No retroactive refunds or chargebacks are permitted under any circumstances.
