Terms & Commercial Service Agreement
All transactions, bookings, and onboarding agreements executed across antivisionops.com constitute legally binding commercial contracts governed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Clients waive rights to informal chargebacks or external mediation without prior written submission to tonyblinds@antivisionops.com.
2. RTMME Enterprise Retainer & 4-Hour SLA Architecture
Capacity & Terms: The RTMME Enterprise Retainer is priced at $7,500 per month billed 100% upfront, strictly capped at 25 global client seats worldwide.
Production Window: Standard operational production windows run Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST.
Output Volume: Up to 40 episodic video asset modules (VAMs) per month (2 minutes per episode) from dedicated virtual animation pipeline infrastructure.
Character Voice & Persona Integrity: Up to 3 characters mapped to recurring voice profile stems, unique character sheets, permanent appearance models, and operational identity descriptions.
Submission Window & Grace Period: Clients lock in a mandatory daily submission time slot for the full 30-day retainer duration. Schedule jumping is strictly prohibited. Clients have a strict 15-minute grace period from their agreed-upon time slot to submit both required assets: Sound Asset Module (SAM/voice file) and Word Asset Module (WAM/script).
SLA Invalidation: If assets are submitted outside the locked time slot or beyond the 15-minute grace period, the 4-Hour SLA is null and void; deliverables will ship at the end of the operational day between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM EST.
SLA Breach & Refund Remedy: If RTMME breaches the 4-Hour SLA following a verified, timely client intake submission, the client receives a 100% refund for that operational day's video asset modules PLUS three (3) complimentary video asset modules credited immediately to their pipeline.
Intellectual Property: 100% commercial IP rights transfer unconditionally to the client after thirty (30) days of completed delivery.
3. Masterclass Node & Consultation Engines
Masterclass Retainer: $2,500/month per seat (100% upfront), strictly capped at 20 global seats. Live sessions run Mondays and Thursdays, 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM EST via secure video transmission.
Drop-In Seats: Drop-in seats are available at $399 for single-session admittance and are strictly non-transferable between client accounts.
Engine Keys Consultation: Operational intake sessions are priced at $199 for a 30-minute comprehensive operational architectural intake session.
General Cancellation Policy: All Masterclass memberships, drop-in seats, and consultation session bookings are strictly non-refundable once scheduled and confirmed.
